Christmastime at the Gelo's

2011 is almost here...WOW! Can't believe how quickly 2010 flew by. It was a GREAT year and we are looking forward to 2011!

The Christmas Holiday was good to us. Grandpa Jones, Aunt Kelley and Uncle Jon flew up for a visit the weekend before Christmas and Grandpa Gelo and Peggy drove over Christmas Eve to spend the Holiday weekend with us. It was good to have lots of family around for the Holiday!

The day after Christmas we had the first snowstorm in our new home. We got about a foot of snow and Brady LOVES to play in it:) Taylor had some fun playing in it too! We'd like to show you some pictures of the snowman he built but he destroyed it before we had a chance!

Our trip to Maui!

Aloha all! So after a year of hard work and GREAT results, Kevin won a trip to Maui, Hawaii! We had an awesome time. We saw some amazing things, met up with great friends and had just a few Mai Tai's. This was a much needed trip for both of us and we couldn't have gone to a more relaxing beautiful spot. Looking forward to winning the trip again next year!

Grandma and Grandpa Jerry drove all the way from Florida to New York to stay with Brady and Taylor while we were away. With Grandma chasing the kids around all day and Grandpa Jerry working "the chores" list we left him, I'd say they looked pretty exhausted by the time we finally got home! We cannot thank them enough for their generosity and hope they will come again the next time we win the trip!

Where does the time go…only a month and 2 days left until 2011! Grammy flew up at the beginning of the month and spent a fun weekend with us! We have been busy getting ready for winter and the holiday’s. We have not had any snow yet but it will be here soon. We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Happy Holiday’s!

Aunt Kelley and Uncle Jon flew up the first full week of September and we all went to a wedding in Queensbury, NY. My sister and I went to high school with the Groom and about 10 years ago Kevin was his boss while working at Johnny Rockets. Grandpa Jones was also able to make it up to NY and it was great being able to see and spend time with everyone all at once!

Brady's 3rd BIRTHDAY!!!

Brady had an awesome 3rd Birthday! Our good friends, the Madison Family, came over Saturday afternoon to help us celebrate!!!

Weekend with Grandpa Jones

Grandpa Jones flew up last Friday and we had a fun Birthday celebration weekend! Grandpa brought Brady a very cool remote control Corvette car and we had a blast playing with it at the park last Saturday. Taylor is changing so much every week and we are enjoying her beautiful smiles and giggles!

Taylor Ann...6 Weeks Old

Uncle Dave, Aunt Michele, Ashley and Zac flew up to NY last weekend and toured the city. They got to our house last Tuesday and spent the week with us. We had such a fun time together and it was great to watch the kids play and hang out with each other. Grandpa Gelo and Peggy drove over last Friday and it was also there first time meeting Taylor.

Summertime Fun

Taylor had her 5 week appointment today and she now weighs 8 lbs 5 oz's. Kevin is on vacation this week so we have had a productive weekend doing yard work and finishing up unpacking. We are looking forward to relaxing and spending the remainder of this week with Uncle Dave, Aunt Michele, Ash and Zac! Here are a few new pic's of the kids:)

Grammy and David's Visit

We had a fun weekend with Grammy and David! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed laying low around the house. Brady got to open a few early Birthday gifts and he is becoming quite the Baseball player!

Grandma's Last Weekend in NY

Grandma had to fly back to Florida last Wednesday. Since Taylor arrived early Grandma ended up staying with us for three and a half weeks. Jerry surprised Grandma by flying up here the Sunday before she had to return home. In the two full days that Jerry was up here he did a TON of work around the house. He even drilled the holes on our deck for our child safety fence to go up around our pool. It was so hard and sad to say goodbye to them and we appreciate all the help and hard work while they were here. We Love and Miss you guys!

Taylor's 2 Weeks Old

We have had several visitors since Taylor has arrived and we are blessed to have more family and friends headed up to NY between now and the end of August. It has been wonderful having help with the kids and help unpacking and getting situated.
